Design features tabbed sections for appointments, to-dos, notes and special information including 800 numbers, future planning, web addresses and four-color world map. Dated planning pages range 12 months from January to December. One-page-per-day format reserves half of each day for meetings/appointments and the other half for to-do messages, notes and lists. Hourly appointment times range from 8 AM to 6 PM. Each day includes count of days/days remaining and holidays. The past, current and future months reference alternates days so it always appears on the left-side page when the appointment book is open. The current reference month is boxed, and the current two days are highlighted for easy identification.
